Our Story
Kanopy Early Years was created to challenge the idea that children must choose between structure and freedom, movement and learning, or discipline and joy. Inspired by the balance and resilience of Fuji, our preschool integrates purposeful movement, focused work, and value-driven mentorship within a nature-rich environment. Through our proprietary Mittsu System, children develop sustained concentration, physical confidence, and emotional stability – building strong foundations not just for school, but for life.

At Kanopy, Mittsu is the center of our education system – our three interconnected pillars of early learning: focused work and study, movement and natural exploration, and value-driven collaboration between children.

Kanopy was created to move beyond the trade-offs of traditional learning environments. Our approach intentionally integrates learning within a calm, nature-rich environment.
Our curriculum and teaching pedagogy are shaped by over two decades of educational expertise, grounded in research, and aligned with contemporary frameworks such as India’s National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. We work closely with families and place each child’s developmental needs is our top priority while keeping in mind their meaningful learning outcomes.
Children at Kanopy are not asked to sit still to learn, nor left without guidance to explore. Instead, they grow through a balanced system that builds concentration, physical confidence, and emotional stability – together, and over time.
